Babel Academy operates in accordance with the Education Act and the regulations of Sierra Leone's Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE), covering Junior Secondary (JSS1–JSS3) and Senior Secondary (SSS1–SSS3).

To provide a safe, disciplined and stimulating environment in which pupils receive quality secondary education in line with the National Curriculum, develop strong character and life skills, and are equipped to excel in the BECE, the WASSCE, and in life beyond school.
Entry into JSS1 is open to pupils who have completed primary education. Entry into SSS1 requires a valid BECE certificate meeting the school's minimum grade requirements. Pupils applying to other classes are placed by a placement assessment and prior school records.
A full uniform set costs Le 1,500, available through the school.
Babel Academy follows the National Curriculum Framework prescribed by the MBSSE, preparing pupils for the BECE at the end of JSS3 and the WASSCE at the end of SSS3. Three terms make up each academic year.
Alongside core subjects including English Language and Mathematics, in line with WAEC requirements.

Report cards are issued at the end of each term. Parents/guardians review, sign, and return them to the class teacher at the start of the following term.
Every pupil is expected to be courteous, honest, punctual and diligent — both within and outside the school premises.
Babel Academy maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward examination malpractice, including impersonation and collusion.
A first-aid facility treats minor injuries and ailments. Parents provide emergency contacts and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medication needs.
Babel Academy safeguards every pupil's welfare in line with the Child Rights Act. Concerns are reported confidentially to the Principal or Safeguarding Officer.
Gates open 7:30 a.m.; assembly and gates close 8:00 a.m. Pupils should arrive by 7:45 a.m. Illness beyond two days requires a medical note.
Devices are discouraged; where unavoidable, they're switched off and handed in at the start of the day, for collection at close of school.
